Artist's Description

I stopped in North Laos, not far from Chinese border, to observe the life of indigenous people. One day during the dry season, I followed this young tribal man who who was prowling for fish in the shallow river. These communities remain hunter-gatherers in addition to cultivating rice fields in the mountains. Vieng Phoukha township, Laos / Apr 2019
